This warm sunny snow scene is filled with the magical brilliance of a late winter morning just after a heavy snow fall. The composition was painted on location in the winter of 2003 by American Impressionist Artist Leif Nilsson. The view is of the Main Street in the village of Chester, Connecticut. This is one of the gateways to the center of town, a favorite motif of Leif Nilsson's.
