This oil painting on board was painted entirely outdoors on location in Boulder Colorado by Connecticut Impressionist Artist Leif Nilsson. It was composed on a bright snowy winter morning near a stream near Jay Road, which is north east of Boulder center. Measuring nine by twelve inches it is a small gem of a painting unframed and is fourteen by seventeen inches mounted in the Florentine Style hand made and leafed finished corner frame shown here.
