The Chester Historical Society Fundraiser at the Mill:
Reds, Whites, and Brews at The Mill
The Chester Historical Society will host Reds, Whites, and Brews at The Mill on 12 May 2007 at 9 West Main Street in Chester from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A variety of fine wines and beers, provided by Chester Package Store, will be available for tasting. The evening will also include a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres, and live music provided by Chester's "Exit 6" band, featuring Jason Baker, Justin Good, Chris Gosman, Joell Jacob, Leif Nilsson, Mark Zanardi, and Jeremy Ziemann.

Tickets for this CHS fundraiser are $25.00 per person. They can be purchased by check or credit card in Chester Center at Ceramica, Chester Package Store, and Chester Gallery or by calling 860-526-9903. For more information, visit

The RiverDog Music Festival is an event that will provide a venue and platform for aspiring musicians to showcase their talents in a festival style atmosphere and to rub elbows with some popular and successful musicians. The RiverDog Music festival will help contribute funding for organizations supporting health, music and well being of youth along the Southern Connecticut River Valley. It's all about having fun, generating a feeling of community, and giving something back to enhance our town and society.
