George Gallo is an American Master Impressionist Painter, Screenwriter, Director, Producer, and Musician. His films include Midnight Run, Bad Boys, and Middle Men. He also wrote and directed Local Color, a semi-autobiographical film based on the painting experiences of his youth. He has had several one-man shows, and his work can be found in prominent collections around the world including the private collections of Robert DeNiro, Meg Ryan, Bruce Hornsby, Gary Sinise, Armin Mueller-Stahl and Mel Gibson.

Come enjoy a conversation with Hollywood’s Original Renaissance Man in an intimate garden setting with artist Leif Nilsson, photographer Caryn B. Davis and pastel artist Claudia Post. Gallo will share his experiences with the audience where something magical is bound to happen!

Impressionist Landscape Painting Workshop with Artists George Gallo & Leif Nilsson

Two nationally acclaimed impressionist artists share their expertise, teaching methods and experience at a plein air workshop in and around Chester center on Sunday, October 4 from 1pm - 5 pm $100 per student.

Unfortunately George Gallo had to cancel his Landscape Demo at Lyme Art Association for Sat. Oct 3 and joint workshop with Leif Nilsson on Oct. 4th Sunday . His Screenwriting obligations called him back to Hollywood, CA.
He will hopefully return late spring or summer 2016.
